The RB2000 barrier is a heavy-duty traffic barrier designed to enhance roadside safety and withstand high impacts and strong winds. They can be filled with water for enhanced impact resistance and are ideal for demanding environments such as construction sites, highways, and roadworks needing road and traffic management to prevent workers and pedestrians from being injured by vehicles.
These heavy-duty barriers are constructed from UV-stabilised high-density polyethene and feature a striking red-and-white design for high visibility. Each unit measures 2m long, 1m high, and is 400mm thick. When filled with water, they achieve a substantial weight of up to 400kg. The interlocking system features a hole on the left side of each barrier and a corresponding peg on the right side, enabling easy connection and the creation of continuous lines or complex configurations. The façade prominently displays a hi-visibility strip and is topped with a white fill cap. They are also called traffic, heavy-duty, water-filled, and 400kg water-filled barriers.

Add Heras fencing or hoarding panels and secure them to the barrier with the bolts supplied with the panels.
Connect the fences with temporary fencing couplers.
Installation time varies depending on layout, ground conditions, etc., with an average of 2 minutes per linear metre.
