This durable plastic cover shields against rain, snow, and wind, creating a controlled workspace whilst helping to prevent falls from height. This sheeting is versatile beyond scaffolding as it can also provide privacy on fences or be used to cover items. Our Monarflex is available in 45m rolls, 2m or 3m wide, in standard or fire-retardant LDPE. Common names include scaffolding wrap, scaffold sheeting, and weather protection sheeting.

Flexi ties or bungee cords are used to attach Monarflex sheeting to scaffolding by threading the cords through the pre-made eyelets and tightly wrapping them around the scaffold tubes.

Weather Protection: When using Monarflex for weather protection, overlap upper sheets over lower sheets on the outside to direct rain away.

Dust/Debris Containment: For containment, overlap the upper sheets inside the lower sheets to prevent debris from escaping.

  • Conduct a thorough risk assessment.
  • Install sheeting on the exterior of the framework.
  • Ensure eyelets face outwards.
