The 90-degree 3-way elbow (Q Clamp 128-4) is commonly used to create corners on square-shaped tubular structures such as benches, stands, market stalls, and tables. It accommodates three 48.3mm diameter scaffold tubes, each secured within the fitting by approximately 25-30mm. It’s important to note that the tubes do not pass through this connector.
This clamp is approximately 68mm in length, weighs 0.97kg, and is made from galvanised malleable iron. It consists of three holes where 3x 48.3mm scaffold tubes can be inserted and secured with three stainless steel grub screws. This fitting can also be known as a 90-degree corner joint.
This Q Clamp is often used with the 90-degree short tee Q Clamp 101-4 and also the 90-degree 2-way elbow Q Clamp 125-4 when creating structures.
